Here we have a great 1969 Martin d-28. As you will notice the guitar has had two oversized pickguard added at some point in its life that have now been removed and correct sized tortoise celluloid lacquer in pick Gard have been add. The entire top has been re-shot with nitro cellulose lacquer and aged accordingly to match the rest of the instrument. There are no unseen repairs underneath the guards as you will notice from the photos provided. The guitar has had a neck reset and is playing great geometry is spot on. The guitar still does have its original tuners, bridge bridge plate. The guitar has been completely re fretted along with new bone nut and saddle. The guitar has lots of little finish cracks on the back some have gone through but Look to have been made secure. There is one small crack on the lower back of the guitar, which looks to have been sealed up some time ago and is solid. The guitar does have lots of nicks, chips, dings, dents and superficial blemishes all over, as you will notice from the photos which are provided. The guitar comes with its original hard shell case.
