1948 Gibson Southern jumbo

Here we have a super cool 1948 Gibson Southern jumbo. As you will notice guitar has been completely refinished in black nitrocellulose lacquer with a tuxedo singer at the heel and headstock. This guitar was quite a big restoration. The guitar from my account it had been refinished three times previous to me receiving the instrument. The guitar has had loads of old crack repairs. All old crack repairs appear to be solid. Did not want to reverse any of them just made sure that they were secure enough. Guitar has had a new maple Bridge plate made for it along with a new replacement Brazilian Rosewood Bridge. The guitar has also been re fretted along with a new bone nut and saddle, neck angle is correct geometry is spot on. The guitar has period correct tuners on it, but not original to the instrument. All interior bracing is original along with fingerboard and neck. Guitar has loads of nicks chips, dings dents, and superficial blemishes all over it as you'll notice from the photos that I provided the guitar comes with an aftermarket case please feel free to ask any other questions you might have.
